Georg Tyrahn (1860 Königsberg – 1917 Karlsruhe) was a German portraitist and genre painter. Born in Königsberg in September 1860, he received his initial training as a painter there. He subsequently attended the Grand Ducal School of Fine Arts in Karlsruhe under Ferdinand Keller. After a stay in Paris, he returned to work in Karlsruhe until his death in 1917.
