Description
A drawing, a mixed technique of white chalk and graphite signed on the lower right corner “Aman” for Charles Ammann (1845-1907), a musician, draughtsman and painter comes from Strasbourg.
The drawing is a representation of the Parc de l’Orangerie in Strasbourg. The identifying element is the statue “Gänseliesel” made in bronze in 1899 by Charles Albert Schultz to be placed as a decorative element in the fountain of the park.
