A soft paste porcelain biscuit figurine, Le Petit Vendangeur, from the series ‘Enfants Falconet’ modelled by Etienne-Maurice Falconet (1716 – 1791) for the Sèvres Porcelain Manufactory, Sèvres, France, circa 1770-1780. Based on the engraved series ‘Enfants Boucher’ after drawings by François Boucher (1703 – 1770). A standing boy with a basket filled with grapes. Base incised typefaces are not legible.
Period : circa 1770-1780
Condition : Repaired left foot, few lacks in the foliage and buttons.
