A faience relief medallion presenting Karl Theodor, Prince-elector and Count Palatine (1724-1799), made in Mosbach (Germany, Bade-Wurttemberg) circa 1775. In the center of the oval frame, the profil of the sovereign looks to right and is wearing a whig.
