A bronze statue after Georges de Ferrières (1837-1907) in the beginning of the 20th century, presenting two hunting dogs fighting over a pheasant. It is a bronze made on an original work exhibited in 1883, entitled Un mort peu respecté.
On the base of the statuette are two inscriptions, one on the front where it is signed: “G. de Ferrières” and the second one behind it : « Thiébaut Frères / Fumières et Gavignot Srs / Paris »
