Description
A marquetry by Paul Spindler (1906-1980) presenting a scene of life of the villagers on the Town hall square in Boersch.
We recognize the Well with Six Buckets (Sechseimerbrunne) at the center of the scene, Renaissance style, created by the sculptor Jacob Zumsteg in 1617.
The marquetry is signed ‘Spindler’ in the lower right corner.
