A polychrome wooden carved statuette representing a man. He wears a black hat on his head, a white shirt and a black jacket, which he carries on his shoulders. A black pants, closed on each side by four buttons, is raised to the knees. Finally, he wears white stockings, tucked into black boots, closed by five buttons. The features of the face are easily distinguishable, as we can also see that the character has sideburns. The dark green base on which he is standing represents grass. His left hand seems to have been sculpted to receive an object. The statuette could be the illustration of a craftsman, perhaps a shepherd, in the manner of the Cris de Paris. It is probably made in the region in east of Cologne, Germany.
