A faience plate made by the Sant-Vicens manufacture and Jean Lurçat (1892-1966).
Description
A faience plate presenting Native American inspired ornaments in black enamel on a green background : the centre of the plate is ornamented with a two-faced head surrounded by stars, plants, water and fish. The back of the plate is marked “Dessin J. Lurçat Sant-Vicens 7D” for drawing of Jean Lurçat (1892 1966).
