An faience tobacco jar, made in southwest France. Grand-feu decoration depicting two figures (a harlequin and a creole) on either side of a plaque bearing the inscription “Tabac de St- Vincent” for the Caribbean archipelago of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Painted handles.
Period: second half of the 18th century.
