A Master’s degree was written on 7th April 1911 to Mr. L. Beinrich Goffsmann. The Master’s degree was made by the American artist Elmer William Pirson in 1904 and printed in chromolithography by F. Gabelmann in Strasbourg.
The coats of arms represent the communities of trades present in Alsace-Lorraine.
