Description

A faience « en baroc » terrine (tureen) and display dish, made in Strasbourg by Paul Hannong, slightly earlier than 1754 for the terrine and between 1754 and 1762 for the display.
Polychrome « petit feu » pattern presenting butterflies, rococo strips and flowers.

Period : before 1754 (terrine) and 1754-1762 (display dish)

Dimensions :

Length : 43 cm
Width : 36 cm
Height : 26 cm

Condition : restauration on the lid, crack in the bassin
